MY ARM LOOKED PERFECTLY FINE BEFORE GOING TO THE HOSPITAL! Despite the Doctor telling the nurse the CT Scan was not going to be Ordered with contrast dye, so an IV was Not Necessary, the nurse said he was going to put one in anyways, to be proactive, just in case she changed her mind. Besides that, since they’d need a confirmation of Not Pregnant in order to do the CT Scan, if he does an IV, he can just take a blood sample to check for pregnancy. Then I don’t have to provide a urine sample.

The first attempt was Extremely Painful! He said, he missed, and has to do it again. I was like, DAMN! That REALLY HURT! The second time also was quite painful, but not quite as bad. The nurse said, he got it, and he taped it down onto my arm. He asked if I was able to provide a Urine Sample, and I didn’t even think about the fact he had said he wouldn’t need one if he put in the IV, and he’d bring me down the hall to the bathroom to use the bathroom.

The entire time at the Hospital the IV was causing me excruciating pain! I literally was barely able to get myself off my Hospital bed onto the platform for the CT Scan because the IV hurt so badly in my arm whenever I moved my arm! I even complained about it causing me terrible pain. The nurse was like, whatever, it wasn’t that bad! LITERALLY, THE VERY LAST THING THE NURSE DID BEFORE I WAS DISCHARGED WAS TO REMOVE THE IV FROM MY ARM!

The next morning when I woke up I looked down at my arm and gasped in horror! WTF??? Then I started thinking about the fact that he said I wasn’t going to have to provide a Urine Sample for the pregnancy test. Since he would just be using a sample of blood from the IV. But, I didn’t see him take any blood out of the IV! And I had to provide a Urine Sample! I went and looked on MyChart to see what tests were run when I was in the ER. THE ONLY TESTS DONE WERE THE CT SCAN WITHOUT CONTRAST DYE AND A URINALYSIS TESTING FOR PREGNANCY!

THE NURSE KNEW THE IV HE’D PUT INTO MY ARM WAS NOT IN PLACE, AND COMPLETELY USELESS! YET HE LEFT IT IN MY ARM THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS IN THE HOSPITAL! DESPITE HEARING ME COMPLAIN NUMEROUS TIMES THAT IT WAS CAUSING ME A LOT OF PAIN!

Though I was beginning to suspect at that time my Medical Care was being Compromised, all I had were suspicions. It wouldn’t be until early October 2022, that I would obtain DEFINITIVE PROOF after seeking Medical Care at Minnesota Women’s Care Clinic in Maplewood with Doctor Melvin Ashford!
