I began having Chest Pains in late June 2023. On 6/15/2023, I was unlawfully arrested in the State of South Dakota when I returned to get my property out of my car they unlawfully Seized. Thankfully, NEARLY A YEAR AND NINE MONTHS LATER, ALL CHARGES AGAINST ME WOULD BE DISMISSED AND THE CIVIL FORFEITURE CASE ALSO DISMISSED! It is only a small victory. The big victory will be when I get the Public People to see how Individuals in Power and Authority think their Power and Authority Grants them Immunity from the Laws and Allows them Free Reign to Operate the System However They Choose.
At the Jail, located in Winner, South Dakota, I was slammed down to the ground twice for refusing to strip naked and hand over my jail clothes. Both times one of the two Jail Staff Member’s asking was a Male. It wasn’t even explained to me why, all of a sudden, they would be demanding I strip naked and hand over my Jail clothes. Having nothing wrong to have even given them cause to arrest me and hold me without bail or a court appearance for 7 days, and being mistreated at the Jail for those 7 days, I wasn’t going to allow them to further humiliate and degrade me by willingly handing over my Jail clothes! Therefore, I was slammed down to the ground and my Jail clothes were ripped off my body.
After that is when I first noticed having pain in my Chest. On 6/30/2023, I complained about it to the 2nd in Command at Winner Jail, J.W.. He had the Head Nurse at the Jail come into my cell. The Head Nurse said he would get the paperwork filled out and submitted before the end of the day, so it would get processed and I would be able to get a Medical Appointment with a Doctor by the 6th or 7th of July. I never ended up being allowed an appointment while at the Jail. When my symptoms continued causing me pain, and it was well past the dates I was given, I began putting in daily written requests and a grievance. That got there attention, and my Public Pretender, Court Appointed Counsel, made a surprise visit to me and told me she was going to request my bond amount be reduced to Personal Recognizance, which would be $0 as opposed to $7,500 CASH ONLY, which is what Judge Adamski reduced it to from Judge Northrup’s Original Amount of $25,000 CASH ONLY! FOR A MISDEMEANOR 1 AND MISDEMEANOR 2! So, after 34 Days locked up in Jail for doing absolutely nothing wrong, on 7/19/2023, I was FINALLY FREE TO GO HOME!
I called and made a Doctor’s appointment for the soonest available appointment which was 7/25/2023, with Dr Vanessa G Gil, at the HealthPartners Inver Grove Heights Clinic. This would be my first appointment with HealthPartners since switching my Insurance to HealthPartners at the start of January 2023. I had previously been going to M Health Fairview, which used to be called Healtheast, and I had been going to Healtheast for as far back as I can remember. I had the same Doctor for as far back as I can remember. He ended up retiring literally shortly before my medical care began being compromised. Which made it that much easier for these Individuals to compromise my medical care. I had no particular preference of a Provider and I allowed for them to choose who I saw. Which I’ve come to find out now, I’m ONLY ALLOWED to see Providers THEY CHOOSE! Like everything, they make up lies, and it doesn’t matter if I can prove they’re lying! Since there doesn’t seem to be anyone above them I can go to that will do anything about it.
As you can see, MY EKG RESULTS (Technically they’re ECG, for ElectroCardioGraph) were NOT UNREMARKABLE! Which is defined as not showing anything ABNORMAL! So, ECG Results saying, Sinus Rhythm Prolonged QT Abnormal ECG WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED UNREMARKABLE!!! To this day they have yet to even acknowledge the results of this ECG as being ABNORMAL! Whenever I say anything about having a Prolonged QT,there comment in Notes, of course not to my face, is that all my EKG’s have been Normal.
It’s so incredibly insane, I can barely believe it myself! I think to myself, how am I going to get people to believe me! I mean, even though I have plenty of proof, it’s useless if people immediately Dismiss what I’m saying because it sounds so unbelievable! I know there’s something medically VERY SERIOUSLY WRONG WITH ME! I AM ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN IT’S CANCER OF THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM! I’M GOING TO DIE IF I CANNOT GET THESE INDIVIDUALS TO STOP CANCELING MY APPOINTMENTS WITH DOCTOR’S WHO AREN’T UNDER THEIR INFLUENCE AND WILL TELL ME THE TRUTH! IT’S BEEN OVER FIVE AND A HALF YEARS SINCE MY SYMPTOMS FIRST BEGAN IN MAY 2019, AND THE FACT THAT IN THE BEGINNING OF 2024, I BEGAN NOTICING NUMEROUS LUMPS/MASSES/SWELLING IN SEVERAL AREAS THROUGHOUT MY BODY, TELLS ME THE CANCER IS GROWING AND SPREADING! I DIDN’T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH PAIN IN MY CHEST UNTIL LATE JUNE 2023. BY JANUARY 2024, I COULD BARELY FEEL A SMALL LUMP ON MY STERNUM AND THE RIGHT SIDE OF MY UPPER CHEST FELT LARGER THAN MY LEFT SIDE. A YEAR LATER, JANUARY 2025, I CAN EASILY VISIBLY SEE A LARGE LUMP ON MY STERNUM AND SWELLING ON BOTH SIDES OF MY UPPER CHEST! MY ABDOMEN IS SO UNBELIEVABLY ENLARGED AND SWOLLEN, A NURSE RECENTLY COMMENTED SHE THOUGHT I WAS PREGNANT! YET THE THREE PROVIDERS I’VE SEEN SINCE HAVE COMMENTED IN THEIR NOTES THAT THEY ONLY SEE ADIPOSE TISSUE, WHICH MEANS FAT!!! THEN THEY LIE AND SAY I’M AGGRESSIVE, AGITATED, ANGRY, PARANOID, AND DELUSIONAL! WHICH I WOULD BE WELL WITHIN MY RIGHT TO BE THE FIRST THREE, BUT I’M NOT!
